 Just as IAM is a nonprofit agency providing mentoring programs for youth ages 6-17 in the Central Ohio area. Just as IAM goal has fostered a commitment to young people that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, reassert a sense of hope in the future., and Mentors a.k.a Ambassadors for kid entrepreneurs can help take the Kid Boss business idea to the next level.

Steps to Becoming an Entrepreneur from finding the right business for the youth to identify a problem, then coming up with a profitable business by helping the youth research the market to understand what's needed. We will also teach the youth about how to register their business, banking, price points, and much more.

Step by step skill training on planning, designing , and the creation of websites. After creation services and support is offered to help maintain the upkeep of the established website.

This financial literacy workshop will teach youth about earning, saving, spending, and  budgeting, This information will help them when they are adults and have to make important decisions about their finances.

Demonstrate the process of creating an audio and visual commercial.  The course will also Identify what features makes the youths product unique, brainstorm on writing a script for the commercial,  and editing the commercial via electronic device. *Most commercials are either 15 or 30 seconds

How to market your business on Social Media , Identifying your target audience, Choosing the right platforms, and much more.

Educating the youth about product labeling which can help with marketing and brand recognition. This Workshop will making sure that the youth understand how important labels are essential for promoting a brand and establishing a relationship with their customers. This workshop will also help with identifying ingredients for health risks and safety. 

The program is designed to help participates in the class recognize when to use CPR, how to perform CPR and First Aid is an emergency situation, techniques apply for an emergency situation, techniques apply for an adult, child, and infant until emergency medical services arrive.       

Providing education that promotes mental wellbeing.

Fitness classes for youth includes aerobics, kick boxing, toning, and cardio

Self Defense and Public Safety will teach youth to be non-verbal and verbally assertive or verbally de-escalate a situation by standing up for themselves and not giving the bully the physical or emotional reaction they are looking for.
